For those not in the Hampton Roads region, you may choose to engage in live Skype sessions. Skype sessions offer the same benefits of having your personal trainer right there in the room with you!

Online Personal Training

- Instructional videos on EVERY SINGLE EXERCISE in your individual program. Full explanations to ensure safe and effective movements and leave no room for confusion.
- Access to your plan via your phone! Fully customized training app is easy to use and practical! Receive reminders, notifications and workouts right to your phone!
- Weekly check-ins with your coach to make sure you are making efficient progress. Changes to your program may be made depending on your progress. Message your coach anytime using the messaging center on your training app!
- Progress tracking via the app: You can store progress pictures, measurements, weight, and a bunch of other stats.
- Leave workout notes on your workouts to let your coach know what you liked/didn’t like, how you felt, how you thought you did, etc! Your detailed feedback lets us know the best ways to individualize your workout to meet your goals!
- After 4 weeks, we will revisit your goals and construct a brand new regimen to keep your body and mind excited and ready for more!
Online Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching
Everything included in the online personal training as well as:
- You will keep a weekly food log that will be reviewed by your coach on a weekly basis. Syncing up with your coach on the MyFitnessPal app will allow for review of daily eating habits, personal eating trends, set hydration goals and give homework assignments, all of which aid in reaching your goals.
- Accountability coaching for the duration of your program via Email.
- Sample grocery list.
Group Personal Training
Each sessions is 45 minutes in duration. You may choose an in-home session, depending on your location, or you can come to one of the select (Hampton Roads-Southside) locales we offer to train at. For those not in the Hampton Roads region, you may choose to engage in live Skype sessions. Skype sessions offer the same benefits of having your personal trainer right there in the room with you! Excellent for workout buddies, couples, teammates, coworkers, etc!
Cancelation Policy: Any no-shows or cancelations within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be charged.
Play Hard Get Fit Consultation
Sessions are 45 minutes in length and are completed either by phone or by Skype. This one discussion could be the spark that points you in the most proactive direction for a lifestyle change. Topics may include (but are not limited to) everything from fitness and wellness goals to overcoming barriers you’ve met in reaching these goals. Examples:

- Motivation (small to large scale)
- Wellness information
