Food is the cornerstone of our daily life, our holidays, and our celebrations! It is also the foundation for a successful health, wellness, or fitness goal and life! It’s exciting for me to experiment in the kitchen and use what I know about eating for your goals and sports performance. I want my food to be as dynamic and exciting as my workouts. I want the variety that comes from trying new flavors and playing with old favorites. I want to take my family’s favorite recipes and twist them and finagle them so that they fit my lifestyle.
